CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to provide at least 24-hour cancellation notice can result in a charge of the full regular price of the booked service(s). This also applies to no-shows or same-day cancellations. This helps us to provide uninterrupted service and available time to all.

No shows for services booked with a gift certificate will automatically forfeit the gift certificate.

A credit card number will hold reservation.

No Cash refunds. Store credit only.

Lost Gift Certificates have a $10.00 processing fee.

All promotional cards must be surrendered at the beginning of service.

APPOINTMENTS
We highly recommend booking reservations well in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive late, you may not receive your full treatment, however, you will be charged for full service. A credit card is required to reserve two or more services.

PAYMENTS
We are pleased to honor Visa and MasterCard with a $20 minimum charge. Personal checks are accepted and subject to a $35 returned check fee.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Expired Gift Certificates are only valid for six (6) weeks after the expiration date noted on the face of the certificate. No exceptions! Gift certificate balances cannot be used as gratuities but may be used towards other services and products. Gift certificates cannot be purchased with another gift certificate,

Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount.

There are no cash refunds for Gift Certificates.
